Mark has been a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors for over 15 years. He specialises in niche commercial property development and agency within the retail and leisure property market. .

2004-2009 Joined Simon Berry to establish LCCL and join Life Property. Mark also set up MRMU Ltd to provide specialist acquisitions consultancy advice for certain leisure operators and was retained to advise Yates Group, latterly R20 as well as Ultimate Leisure.
